FOX News Terrorism Experts - phonies and frauds...

Anonymous
And, this major lie will not make the main stream media. It happened yesterday. The “reporter” didn’t seem to know that his own film crew had filmed the wanna-be killer with a knife.

NBC News reporter Ayman Mohyeldin was corrected on-air after he suggested that he saw no weapons on a Palestinian terrorist who Israeli police say charged at them with a knife on Thursday. “Both of his hands were open and both of his hands did not have a knife,” Mohyeldin said.

That’s when MSNBC’s Jose Diaz-Balart interrupted and brought the audience’s attention to a photo obtained by NBC News that seems to clearly show the Palestinian attacker with a knife in his right hand and an unknown object in his left hand.

“We can clearly see the man…with what appears to be, at least in his right hand, a knife,” he said.
Mohyeldin argued he was justing trying to point out that the attacker’s hands were empty when officers “secured the body” and the forensic team was investigating.

Yeah but Brian Williams is back and no one has noticed. No one cares if you lie and you're a liberal.

Brain Williams is a conservative.

If they are citing FOX News (and most of them are) then yes.

Remember that study a little while back, that showed that FOX News viewers actually knew LESS factual information about what is going on in the world than people who don't watch TV news at all?

How do you know they are citing Fox News? See, on here there is the constant assignation of Fox News as a source when in fact there is rarely, if ever, a citation proving that the person being attacked even watches FN or reads their website. The need for those of you on the other side of the conservative aisle to tie conservatives to FN is asinine. But, it's done over and over. So considering you added, most of them are, I call bullshit on that statement. Why? A recent poll said that 38% of Americans listed themselves as conservative while only 24% listed themselves as liberal. Since, according to last weeks poll, FN has an average of 2 million viewers...well...if you have any intelligence you can see the numbers problem.

And if you are going to use the cited story on their so called expert as an indictment of conservatives then you leave yourself open to countless examples to condemn your ideological/political group.

Both sides have way too much of a need to label the other and much to great an interest in political polarization.

How do I know? I laugh at you asking that.

I regularly track FOX News. I also track Limbaugh, Hannity, Levin, Beck and others - and I see what goes on here as well as with numerous other message boards, and with one poster after another I often know exactly what they will post before they even post it, because I saw the same program - they usually even use the exact same language that was used in the program. On the message boards I track, I'll know that Keith X watches FOX, I'll know that Tim Y is into Glenn Beck, et cetera et cetera - even though they will try to protest and deny it - yet the patterns and trends are ever so glaringly obvious and predictable. It's always "oh, so-and-so is going to post about this tonight" and lo and behold, there it is. And, this has been going on for years, there are no "coincidences" nor is there any viable plausible deniability. Contrary to what right wing media keeps insisting, we aren't idiots, and in some cases it turns out we actually know you better than you know yourselves.

As for your polls, consider that "liberal" has for years been a term that conservatives use to label their opponents, as opposed to it being a label that Democrats typically use on themselves. There's a pretty huge disconnect between what a conservative considers a "liberal" versus what a Democrat considers "liberal."

Likewise, with regard to viewership, there's another huge disconnect - there's been plenty of analyses that show that conservatives are far more likely to get most of their TV news from only one source, whereas everyone else is far more likely to get their news from a whole variety of sources. For example, I know a lot of Democrats who don't even watch TV news - they get all of their news from online sources - Democrats are far more likely to seek out multiple sources that are independent from each other. Democrats are far more likely to be citing a whole variety of sources like BBC, Reuters, CSPAN et cetera, as opposed to getting the majority of their news by way of FOX plus the small echo chamber of right wing faux news like Breitbart.

Lot of words, no substance. For one thing, I only watch FN or CNN on huge stories, for instance, election night. Many times when I challenge on here I get accused of being a conservative and getting my info from FN.

They aren't my polls, http://www.gallup.com/poll/180452/liberals-record-trail-conservatives.aspx

As for your viewership, your OPINION is noted. http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/2015/10/09/cable-news-ratings-for-thursday-oct-8-2015/477305/

And I stand by calling your ''most conservatives'' bullshit based on viewership numbers and the fact that there are a hell of a lot more conservatives, according to Gallup, than 4 million.

Oh...and as for your tracking Fox and the talking heads you mentioned, why? Seriously...WHY?...would you waste your time?

He may have had a slap on the wrist, but O'Reilly didn't even have that.

Nope. It was just the FOX viewers who were worse off. Other TV news viewers were not as bad off.

Wow, you must really be slow on the uptake. Already debunked.

Again, since Democrats who watch TV news watch it on a whole variety of different channels, as compared to conservatives, who mostly only watch FOX News with at best a tiny bit of CNN thrown in, you are comparing apples and oranges. This was already explained to you.

Likewise, your "conservatives versus liberals" poll is also nonsense as many Democrats don't self-identify as "liberal" - and Democrats are nowhere near as polarized and factionalized as the Republicans are - there is no Democrat equivalent of the Tea Party, and Democrats generally don't sharply delineate themselves from other Democrats the way that conservative Republicans do, i.e. going around referring to other Democrats who they don't think are "liberal enough" as "DINOs". Never heard of "progressive" as a label among Democrats? Do our more conservative Blue Dog Democrats go around referring to Democrat leaders as "liars" and "traitors" the way conservative Republicans do to their GOP leadership? No.

Are you really that oblivious and clueless? Sorry, but you cannot presume to try and credibly project your own side's deep dysfunction onto others. The boxes that you are trying to fit people into, and the labels that you are trying to apply to them, and the conclusions that you are then trying to draw from all of it simply do not work.
