This is what we are doing. The Poconos one. We reserved 2 nights at GWL and 2 nights at a ski resort. We've never been to GWL and the kids will be new to skiing. I know there may not be snow, but I suspect we can find other winter activities as back-up. |
I agree. I don't think 1 night is enough at the Great Wolf Lodge. We just went for 2 nights, and my kids would have been happy to stay a 3rd. |
The thought of basically spending 1/2 your vacation in the car sounds miserable. Worse than FL, because you're going to be freezing your butt off everytime you stop to stretch your legs. |
?? It's an easy drive to NYC. I would drive there, stay in Times Square, and see a show. You would arrive by lunchtime easily. The next day would be a longer drive to Montreal, but you could probably break it up. Then spend two nights there before moving on to quebec. You would go there for the winter activities. Spend 2-3 nights, then head back. People drive straight through to FL...and it's a much longer trip. Or just fly. |
