Somebody please put my mind at ease--IEP question

On the money!!! We have had to move schools almost each year (work transfers frequently). This is standard. They start the year with how great he is doing, decrease service hours and within months I am gettting daily emails regarding struggles and problems. Exit meeting has more services added, next school repeat process.

I now refuse to lower it until DS has "adjusted to changes" and we have a solid verfication that progress on goals is maintained then we can meet and decrease services.
