Do you check your investment accounts regularly, during this market volatility?

I check but I know I should't. It's scary!!!! But, I'm in it for the long haul so.....

I work in the industry and I hardly ever check mine. Maybe once a quarter but mostly it's only at tax time.

No. I haven't looked since I peeked after the first big dip. I will look at the end of the year.

I don't look at the statements until a couple/few months have passed. I know my long-term strategy is sound, and I don't want to see how much my accounts lost (on paper) over the last month.

I will look at the statements more frequently in an upturn, though, just because it's fun to see that "hey, I made more in capital gains this month than I did in income!"

I check when the quarterly statements arrive, but that's it.
