Your info about class sizes in N Arlington is inaccurate. Typically 18-22. Occasionally 23-24.

Not when we were house-hunting last year. Talked to parents who explicitly said their students in N. Arlington had 26-28 in class at Nottingham.

Heard the numbers were also similar at Taylor. Very overcrowded. Even our realtor admitted as much (she has children in public in N. Arlington).

In case anyone wants to operate with facts instead of what their realtor told them or the neighbors, APS publishes class size data every year for all schools.

Class enrollment numbers from APS from last school year. Look at p. 7.

This isn't about Arlington, PP! Why do arlington folks always try to make every post about them. Not everyone wants to live in North Arlington or send their kids to school there!

OP - I would try LCTA first before private. It's a good option for you and you're lucky to be in-zone.

Because another PP brought Arlington schools up and said things that aren't correct and then another poster added to the misinformation.

Of course not everyone wants to live in N Arlington. That would be weird.
