You don't transmit bed bugs on your body, but in clothes and linens, and if they're there and want to bite you, they will either way. So, reason #498 to always sleep nude. |
Hotel beds freak me out, even though I stay at nice hotels. I hate thinking of how many people have been in that bed and how gross it is. I'm one of those people who brings a full set of sheets, and I use a few folded bath towels as a pillow. When I'm traveling alone, I also always ask for single beds because I read that they are cleaner.
Once, when DH and I were staying at a hotel for two weeks, I made him buy me an air mattress. It was a 5 start hotel. I just don't sleep well in hotel beds. DO NOT LOOK AT THE HOTEL BED/ROOM EXPOSES ON YOUTUBE OR YOU MAY NEVER SLEEP SOUNDLY IN A HOTEL BED AGAIN. |
This is nuts. |
Time for dh to get a new dw. Airbed lady is weird. |
Are you still married? |
I'd be more grossed out by changing the sheets and having to touch the mattress and the "undercarriage." I try to just slip into the (industrially cleaned) sheets and try not to touch or think about anything else. |
What you wear is not going to affect if the bugs bite you or not. |
If bed bugs are a concern. Sleep in the nude and take a shower when you get up and keep clothes in bathroom
Keep luggage in car. I do all of these now |
