It is the fly in the ointment of sp.

This is our second year at Shepherd, we are an IB family.

I am incredibly impressed with the new Principal. I had been on the fence regarding the removal of the previous Principal. But now that I've seen much stronger leadership and effective communications from the office, I am totally in agreement over the decision to make a change.

Still a lot remains to be seen, but I am excited this year over the direction the school is headed. The turnout and enthusiasm at BTSN was quite a turn around from the previous year.

200 enthusiastic and cheering parents. It was pretty great to see. I have a very good feeling about this school year, and the new principal.

I don't know who was counting, but there were way more than 200 people. There may have been 200 people seated alone and more than half that many standing on the sides, in the back and outside.

Yesterday's issue of The Mustang said 200, but they certainly could have undercounted. Either way, it was a great turn out!
