Some of their furniture is nice, but be warned- they have the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. They make Comcast feel like the Ritz. Expect 45 mins waiting on hold any time you need to speak to someone live.

Their furniture is pretty much crap. use this as an opportunity to make the better decision and go to an independent furniture store or order from mc.

Op, Google pottery barn furniture quality. It is almost all cheap stuff made in China with a huge Mark up.
