Wrong we are BLACK we are very aware of anything that's rich and white you can turn on television and see that. Growing up in SE or PG is not the same as growing up white in Upper NW or Chevy Chase or Potomac. The average black person wealthy or not well have interaction with whites, studies have shown that most whites dont interact with blacks

Whoa. I think you took PPs post out of context. I am the one that corrected DMV to U.S. I too am black. The point is that wealthy caucasians can pretty much be anywhere because they're the majority.

That is not surprising and not at all indicative of anything nefarious when you consider 77% of the population is white and 13% is black.
