Horrible service from IKEA delivery. What to do?

Show up in person and demand a refund. Document everything, including the time spent in line. Complain to the CEO, ding them on yelp, FB, Twitter and every other source of mass media. Take business elsewhere.

IKEA doesn't have delivery. Your issue is with the service. Block their payment . Cancel your furniture if you have to.
Wait a month. Rent a uhual van and go get it yourself.

You need to go to the store, unfortunately, and talk to someone. IKEA customer service is HORRIBLE and I will never buy anything of consequence from them ever again. Sadly, this probably also means I will never get my dream kitchen because we could only afford to go IKEA for new cabinets, etc.

The people in the store are usually pretty helpful, and if you ask to speak to a manager and are nice enough, they'll be very helpful to you (at least at Woodbridge). You cannot call the store. Really. There isn't a public number available for calling a local store.
