I think calling him a "pseudo celebrity" is being wayyyy too nice... he is Z list for sure. |
This. Thanks OP for starting this. I hate when stuff goes on here that I don't know about. |
Didn't know he s syndicated. That's why radio sucks now, no local flavor in the programming |
107.3 and 94.7 talk local stuff all the time, and to the PP that can't stand talk, 94.7 doesn't talk much in the morning so you can get your music fix there. I suspect 97.1 is 90% music too. |
Isn't that every morning radio show? It's all canned laughs and fart jokes. |
Me too. Never heard of him or the show. |
Or get satellite radio and then you have lots of talk-free options. |
Same here. No clue. |
| Wait. Is this the guy running for president? |
| I miss Jack Diamond! |

I can't believe there is such a vested interest in Kane on dcum. I assume it's really 4 or 5 posters just having a conversation amongst themselves with the posts to make it 90+ pages.
It's not like there's a controversial scandal or even a household name involved. Divorce...which sadly happens all the time. |
I miss Kris and mark and teapot tim. |
Let me guess, some of y'all are the same people that have never heard of the Don and Mike show from back in the day either? Or Donnie Simpson? When someone has been on radio for over 5 years (and I do not listen to Kane), and at one time (not sure if this is the case still) is on NBC4 on a weekly basis, and you don't know about him, you need to get out of your bubble once in a while and see what is out there. Radio can be an escape, when a show is done right, meaning entertaining and something one can relate to. We are spoiled in Washington, DC that there are multiple formats of genre to listen to, as well as different types of personalities. |
| Heard of Donnie Simpson, look at NBC4, but never heard of this guy. Maybe HE'S in the bubble. The bubble of who cares. |
Let me guess, you have no idea that Tommy McFly is on Channel 9 from time to time either right? Kane was on the 4 PM newscast on channel 4. |
