If you have a 12-18 mo old, what is their favorite toy?

A ball pit.

LOTS of books with flaps, balls, shape sorters, puzzles. Also, by this time (if walking) my DD looooved push toys. Baby stroller, the little ride on toys with a high back that they can push (ours was a princess one), popper thingy that pops balls when you push it.

Oh, forgot to mention bubbles. lots and lots of bubbles . . . my kid goes bananas for bubbles. But, they do tend to make a bit of a mess (which is fine with us but not with everyone).

My 17 month old son LOVES:

Cars, trucks, motorcycles, airplanes. Even better if they make some kind of revving noise, or have buttons that make noise or make them go.

Books, especially lift the flap and pop-up ones.

Stacking cups.

Play phones.

Play (plastic) food.

Ride-on car (that you ride by walking along, no pedals)
