Yes i guess. but from what i remember the ingredients that they use are items such as onions, ginger, garlic. ETC. none of that crap where you cant pronounce like in those other commercial dressings.

Maruichi Japanese Grocery has authentic ginger dressing. We love it. THey have other ones, they all good. Look in the frige section.

I've had my best luck making the dressings at home. Some of the dressings I've made I could drink like a smoothie. Depending on what I'm making your what mood I'm in sometimes the dressings have stronger Ginger flavors, sometimes stronger miso flavors, and sometimes sweeter.
