Not sure it makes any sense to move Hearst, given the close proximity to Deal with close metro accessibility, Hearst would not be the one to go. Lafayette, Shepherd or Bancroft would all go before Hearst. Bancroft to Adams might actually make sense, but it seems like Adams needs to improve somewhat before Bancroft parents would agree to that suggestion, bilingual or not.
