| If f you are doing cycles and it takes close to a year, check with you nurse that all you forms are filled out and signed for the next 3 months. And any external tests, like pap or mammography, don't expire in the next 3 months. Sometimes cycles get postponed. So the forms and tests that are 'valid' for the beginning of your cycle will suddenly expire mid way through your delayed cycle, so it gets delayed even more. |

Forgot to add...
As your nurse for an extra sample cup for your DH to practice in. Trying to get it all in that little cup while you are having an O is difficult. The last thing you want is to lose some of the precious fluid because he can't aim. So I made DH practice. |

| Be prepared for anything- heartache, sadness, joy, exhaustion, anger, frustration, anxiety..... My best advice is to limit who you share about your journey with. You can't un-tell them. |
