I'm trying to figure out whether or not he is unwilling to answer the questions or is being genuine when he says that he can't answer them until he gets all of our documentation. But I don't see how it's impossible for him to say "yes, a conventional loan is more favorably priced than an FHA" in the meantime. I think we're going to go elsewhere! He came highly recommended from friends and I have to say I don't see why they liked him so much. But maybe the lender is annoyed with us b/c we applied and then when he got back to us saying it all looked good and could we send in the documentation, it turned out that our tax returns were still with the accountants. We're trying to figure out whether to send the documentation or to just cross this lender off the list. anyone love their lender?
