When someone cancels a scheduled appt the day of, do you go elsewhere?

I would be angry too.

Esp. for a large company. I don't see why they couldn't have a back-up for emergencies.

Hopefully you will write them up on Yelp so no one else has to go through the same thing you did.

You do know that the people making those phone calls are at a call center somewhere, and aren't the same people who do the work, right?
