Your lnf blog, easy to find.

You've tried to market yourself here quite a few times.

It would be more legit if you weren't an agent. All you're really using the blog for is selling yourself to pick up clients, not disseminating information.

Signed,
Another agent.

+10000

You would be shocked at how unrealistic supposedly educated people can be, when it comes to buying/selling. They want a new mansion at a pittance. Crazy.

Here you go. "Steve" asked for help before and DCUM shut him down

Good one. Thank you! Especially, in the DMV. Nothing like watching people on HGTV purchasing mansions for $300k in Montana when you can't even buy can't buy a decent single family for that around here. Maybe a median home prices guide for various DMV cities for 3b/2b SFHs would be interesting?

topic - why people use "DMV"? makes them sound new to the area.

Taking inspiration from several recent threads:

"Here are Ways to determine in advance of buying a home that a neighbor will make your life miserable".
Seriously--how to avoid? On another thread a poster cited a warning red flag that prevented him /her from offering on a great house. What are some other examples?

It's obvious who you are. Decided to go anonymous this time, eh?
Stop shilling yourself here. It's against the rules.
Pay for advertising.

I am an agent and press delete on the blogs I receive from other agents. I say this in the kindest way possible: if you were doing any business you would have endless material for your blog. The fact that you blog about 5 of this reason or 8 of these choices shows only that you must used canned content and know nothing. Be creative on your own and you will earn clients and content

I do have endless blog material, but I'm trying to figure out what people actually want to read. This is clearly intended for buyers and sellers and not other agents. I have plenty of business, I'm just trying to provide useful information rather than waste my time on stuff people don't care about.

If I was trying to "shill" myself, I would have logged in first. I was just trying to get some ideas about what people actually care about and I have gotten lots of good feedback, thank you! I do pay for plenty of advertising and I have great business flow, just trying to limit wasting my time providing information people don't care about.

You got a terrible reaction when you posted using your name, and are now trying to leave a trail of breadcrumbs for people to Google and find you. It's obvious.
Just stop.

Why don't you ask buyers and sellers what they want to know or what service you provided that was particularly helpful. You should also be asking the same of past clients so that they will think of you and make referrals.
