Chicken breasts in slow cooker

you can do it with boneless, skinless breasts--I did when my husband bought breasts instead of thighs. Just add a lot of the cooking liquid to the bowl you shred the chicken in to keep it juicy.

Or if you're really daring, do half breasts and half thighs and don't tell the rest of your family?
