going vegan from vegetarian --- need help with dairy and egg substitutes

The frozen coconut milk whipped topping, add pb2, cocoa powder and a bit of powdered sugar for the most amazing chocolate peanut butter mouse.

Daiya cheddar is so terrible. As is the expensive cashew cheese I got at Mom's. I have a dairy allergy so I just gave up on cheese.

My favorite milk substitute is the organic almond milk at Safeway (in the frig). It doesn't have carageenan like most do.

Tofutti 'cream cheese' isn't terrible. I recently some unsweetened coconut milk yogurt but it has only 1g of protein, so what is the point.

I have no problem eating eggs from local, free range farms so I can't help you there.

Apple cider vinegar and baking soda works great as egg substitute in baking cakes and probably other things. Vinegar taste goes away during baking, you'd never know.

I like the vegan roasted vegetable pizza at TJ's/by Amy's elsewhere. The artichoke gives a creaminess without cheese. I've made my own pizza with an artichoke spread from TJ and it's also very good.
