OP,
It is amazing what a new love interest can do to situations like yours. He could meet someone in a year, and suddenly decide he wants 50-50. Less time with your child, less child support for you. I'd meet with a lawyer to discuss scenarios and strategies. Formalizing something now makes sense since so much is in your favor. |
