This is what happens to me. Losing weight makes my breasts smaller, it does not make them small. |

Losing weight makes you lose fat form everywhere, OP. That's a law of nature. So of course your breast fatty tissue will decrease, and your breasts will grow smaller. Which is a problem for me because I'm very small on top to begin with! But you go ahead with your weight-loss plan! |
| I am in roughly the same boat, OP. size, weight to lose, etc. I am also nursing right now, but my boobs have been waaay too big for my liking before that too. About 7 years ago, I lost some weight and my boobs did get noticeably smaller. When I lose weight I lose it from top-down. my face first, then gradually to my butt and thighs. |
| OP are you an apple or a pear shaped person? |
I'm a 38G and mine went down to an F after losing 30 lbs. When I starved myself in college, I still had big boobs. |

Mine did too, and like a PP, they're a deflated, saggy small now. Wish I could have kept the boobs and lost the thighs, but you can't pick and choose where the fat comes off, sigh.
