We had a Greek salad with grilled chicken on top and sourdough bread. The salad had romaine lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, olives, feta cheese and Greek yogurt feta & dill salad dressing. It was SOOOOOOOO good!

Other things we will eat this week:

Chili with cornbread
Salad & bread (Caesar or Greek, not sure yet)
Home made minestrone soup (ds has been asking for this) with bread
One night we will likely have Chinese or tacos. Chinese is orange chicken with rice, broccoli and dumplings. If we have tacos I serve rice and a salad made of corn, black beans, avocado, tomato and a tiny bit of finely chopped onion and lime juice and a bit of chili powder.

Greetings everyone!
I have a question. Recently, I searched some simple cookbooks about baking, italian cuisine, some vegan dishes, simple and fast dishes and some for holidays to surprise my friends and family) Because I wanna make our lunch time more interesting....Soooo, after some time of my searching I found this review http://topchoice.bes.../bestcookbooks. Actually, I didn't buy all of them, but I became interested in Baking Bible, which finally I bought. I didn't use to bake anything, so this book really became a Bible for me))
Now, I'm going to buy 5 Ingridient Book.
Can you reccomend any others cookbooks?
