I just finished cleaning up! We had pork tenderloin that had been cooked honey and cider vinegar. We also had a cucumber salad and brown rice.

DH has class tonight so DD and I were on our own:

She had macaroni and cheese, a spinach pancake by Dr. Praegers, and carrots. I'm having a Lean Cuisine that hopefully won't make me nausous-- just getting over the stomach flu.

On a typical day, we do lots of one-pan-dishes w/ ground beef/turkey or chicken chunks sauteed w/ vegetables over rice. My DD likes ground meat.

Rough night in our house. Kids are eating McDonalds plain cheese burgers, apples, a few fries, and milk. I ate my salad from lunch.

Pancit (like Lo Mein), fresh Lumpia (Filipino style egg rolls), and fried plantains. mmmm. And rice mixed with cilantro-tomato-onion salad.

Tried black bean burgers (from the Six O'Clock Scramble cookbook). We all really liked them! Also had sweet potato fries (from frozen) and salad.
