The gateway arts district where I live is basically 100% hipster. neighboring ward 5 in dc is pretty hipster too.

Hmm, Frederick has a decent hipster scene, I mean there's even two record stores downtown and I see plenty of people with full sleeve tattoos (isn't that a leading indicator of hipster?) when I go there.

Basically we're full of hipsters that got priced out of good DC/ Baltimore or got tired of drive-bys in bad DC/Baltimore
