Schools would be one of the best aspects of Woodley. Oyster is the local elem. It's very well regarded among DC schools; Rhee sent her kids there (out of boundary).

For preschool (and up), Aidan Montessori is great, and virtually impossible to get into if you're not in the neighborhood.

Maret is another great private school in the neighborhood, K-12 I think. You're probably aware of some of the others a little further north and west.

Condo fees generally run form $.55/ square foot (brand new building no amenities, pay your own utilities) to $1/ square foot (either tons of amenities and/or older building with all utilities included).
