18 month old Playschool(?) for 2/3 hours a day in DC

Do you know if the waitlists really move? We were waitlisted at 3. It moved 4 spots, but has stopped now. I know there's 5 months to go, but not sure how much it moves.

River School starts at 18 months. I think they have a three morning a week program for children who are 18 to
24 months in September. They may have other options in terms of number of mornings a week at that age.

Many churches have mothers morning out programs. My kids went twice a week from 8:30-11:30 at that age. It was wonderful!
