Her admin team is one blonde, one brunette, and one Black woman. Bailey's doesn't exactly scream Aryan at any level.

LOL, and Bailey's demographics are about as far from Aryan as you can get.

Either the complainant is lying or Lemmon failed horriblely at her initiative

I don't see what the Lee case has to do with the Lemmon case. OP, what point are you trying to make? Please be specific and use paragraphs.
