Pediatric dentist who will provide 2nd opinion thru electronic xrays - do any exist?

I took DD, age 5, to four dentists with one set of X-rays. The first dentist, in network, seemed shady to me. The second and third dentist were highly recommended on this board. They both found more cavities than the first dentist. I was inclined to believe them, but was looking at $1-2000 out of pocket. The fourth and final dentist is in network, saw a similar number of cavities, and DD liked her. I still have a hard time believing a 5yo who didn't have sugar until age 3 had cavities, but after four opinions, I had to treat her. I emailed the X-rays to each office prior to my appointment. No one pushed me for more X-rays. I think they realize between insurance coverage and radiation, it doesn't make sense. Good luck,
