Check in for those who are Shredding

Day 3/Level I here. I am unable to walk up/down steps and I'm wincing when I sit down---I guess that's a good sign! Now if I could just stay away from the Easter candy stash!!??? For those who have been shredding for awhile, how did you know that it was time to move up to Level II? I still think it's a little ways off for me---I'm doing girl pushups and I'm still really struggling with some of the strength moves. I suspect that I'm supposed to stay put until I've mastered these. Just curious what other's experiences have been.
