Hand twitching/tremors

I have a DD younger than you who experienced the same thing. And it all boiled down to dehydration. Make sure you are drinking lots of liquids, including Gatorade or Pedialyte or similar that has electrolytes. I second the recommendation for magnesium, which you can take orally, or by spraying on or taking Epsom salt baths. Obviously, consult with your Ob Gyn, but magnesium should be safe for a pregnant woman.

Thanks for the tip. I doubt it's dehydration; I drink around 10 glasses+ of water every day. I drink only one coffee in the morning and I avoid soda and other sugary beverages. I scheduled an appointment with my GP and we'll see how she wants to follow up.

This thread is pretty old. OP likely had her baby by now and I bet the tremors are gone.

I think PP is commenting because I (the OP) started a new thread about Diagnosing MS and mentioned this one. I had the baby and am still dropping things and have some other new symptoms that may or may not be related. Going to see a GP to get a neuro referral.
