I just found that my 10 yo DS has a Twitter account- WWYD?

That said, my kids had Twitter, Instagram, facebook..... at that age. They used facebook groups to collaborate on school projects. And Google docs was almost required for some school projects. His extra-curricular coaches use Facebook to keep everyone updated on practice schedules. Even our church youth group uses Twitter to communicate.

I just monitor everything. I have kids in college now with only one at home. We have literally never had an issue with social media.
