When did you stop looking young for your age?

49. Still looking very young and good for my age, but I am not looking like a young woman.

My face is starting to sag just a wee bit. No one else notices but when I pull my lower face up with my hands, just a little bit...I look much younger. Seriously thinking of a mini-facelift, because it will make a difference but will be too subtle not to look natural.

Youthful then. When did you stop looking youthful?

What age is no longer youthful? I'm not being difficult but even now in my late 40's I'm young compared to a senior citizen. And when I was 28 I'm sure that I looked like an older woman to an 18 year old. Everything is relative.

It's happening to me now, at 42. All of a sudden, I got this big forehead furrow. It showed up in pictures first, and now it's more obvious in the mirror. Never considered botox or fillers until now.

Before this, people always assumed I was in my 30's and seemed shocked when they found out I was older. I have a natural, low-maintenance style, work out frequently and don't really have gray hair like most of my friends.

I've seen haggard 28 yr olds and youthful 60 year olds so it's not really about age. It's about glow, health and vigor, vibrancy and self-maintenance.

When my first kid was born

Early 40s when I went through a horrible stressful time in my life. I aged about 5 years in a year. All my life people had told me, "You look so young," but I haven't heard that in a few years now.

I held up okay through my second kid.

I now have four. Game OVER.

I don't know that I've ever looked "young for my age"? I mean I looked young when I was young. Now sadly I look to be about 40 - and I am!

You and me both.

I know people on here claim to look young, but I have a mom friend who legit does look 10 years younger than she is. She's in her mid-50's, and I would have said maybe 44, tops. Genetics can be amazing.

For me, the downhill slide really kicked in at 41. I can appear at first glance to be younger because I'm petite, but as soon as you look closely, I think my age is pretty obvious.

I am almost 37 and still look very young. I have olive skin and a fat face (but am slim - size 2 - overall). Chubby cheeks and oily skin are obnoxious when you are in your 20s, but very helpful in your mid-late 30s. My mom is the same way - she is almost 70 but looks like she is in her late 50s-early 60s.
