Dr Dahlgren tested our children after they were in the pool but not accepted. WISC Scores were over 132. Appealed with scores and were accepted.

Just the first round (screening pool/referral process) than the appeals round, if needed. After that you have to lawyer up or call your congressman, but I'm not sure either of those will help.
