DH and I have never skied before but kids want to try...

Am I the only one that doesn't like Liberty? Maybe I went on a bad weekend but I was not impressed with the private lesson my DD took - the instructor / method was not the best (one ski inside of hers) and it was a muddy mess. One the other hand we had a great experience at Massanutten where they had her off the bunny slope and sking with everyone by the end of the hour. I was really impressed with their method.

At liberty can we take a family lesson that is private? How much would that cost?

I didn't care for the ski slopes at Liberty for the adults anyway, but could say the same for all the crumby little hills we have around here, from Whitetail on down, they are icy and too small. But the playcare facility was well run.

Why would one adult need to get in line for rentals and lift tickets if the ski camp does all the rental equipments for the kids?

The adults don't know how to ski either. Or did you miss that part?
