I think it is a safe bet that OP is not asking about calling herself Neveah Venkataraman Zheng. Perhaps, OP can clarify what ethnicity the middle name is to highlight and the ethnicity he/she is trying to mitigate.

I would just go with first name, maiden name, new last name.

And, make sure you follow the poster's advice about updating your linked in picture, if you want everyone to know your "real ethnicity".

And, while my husband and I are the same ethnicity, career problems are one reason, I have never changed my name and never (probably) will.
