Easy and tasty GF cookies?

Thanks for all the input, folks. OP here.

I decided to go with rice crispy treat/ candy sushi, and I think everyone will have fun with that plus it'll be way more fun to make than cookies.

I just googled candy sushi and it's very festive and creative! Just make sure you buy the GF Rice Krispies since regular Rice Krispies have malt flavoring in them which isn't gluten free.

I found the GF chocolate chip cookie and regular sugar cookie dough next to the biscuits dough area. The Pillsbury type you open up, shape and put into the oven.

Make them small size like 1-2inch diameter. Press your finger in the middle and put jam in the middle. Open package, cut to small size, shape and put in oven for about 10 minutes. Very simple and I don't even like baking.

The Paula Dean Magical Peanut butter cookies are really easy and happen to be gluten free. There are like 4 ingredients in them and are amazing...as long as no one has a peanut allergy. Made them this weekend.

Got the GF Krispies, and checked all the candy I'm using for unusual suspects. Should be good to go
