Buyers' agent for Chevy Chase, Kensington, etc., in Montgomery County

| A true Buyer's Agent is paid upfront, yes, by the buyer to secure services, but the agent/company receives their commission from the seller. The TRUE Buyer's agent then reimburses the buyer either by check or by whatever contractual agreement they have. Usually it is credited to the downpayment. So no, they are never paid for by the Buyer. This is untrue. |
