OP here - paper lunch size bag. 3-4 tablespoons of kernels. 2 minutes in the microwave.

Wow, never heard of this. Do you have to secure the bag closed, and if so, how?

Fold it over twice.

It may be a dieting no no, but if I lightly butter my popcorn I eat a whole lot less and am more satisfied, less likely to overeat the next day. It took me ten years to figure out that one.

+1 to hard boiled eggs

Turkey and cheese roll ups

Almonds (in moderation)

Lettuce wraps with sauteed chicken

Can of Fillet of herring or water packed tuna

Egg, broccoli, cheddar casserole (you put beaten eggs or egg whites into a small casserole dish, add steamed broccoli, season to taste and top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Great for breakfast and snacks).

These are similar to my choices. Nothing to spike blood sugar.

Gordon's grilled fish (I like cajun seasoned)

Atkins frozen meals

do full fat snacks, just a small amount. Fat makes you stay full longer. fat free tends to have more sugar. so you get hungrier more quickly, thereby eating more calories.
