It's Thanksgiving Eve...so what did you forget to buy?

Cream cheese (bought one block, need two) and pita chips for apps. DH will go in the morning. He does nothing really for thanksgiving, but it's his job to run to the store the morning of for the forgotten goods (there's always something).

gravy separator.

Gahd, gross, why ketchup? Why, why, why, no, no, no….

Fresh ginger and expresso powder. One ingredient each for the two desserts I'm on tap to make.

Onions. I thought I had enough but no. We are also running low on eggs but will get through tomorrow. The grocery store was totally fine this evening.

I want something bad for me, like potato chips and dip. I deliberately didn't buy these things but now I'm thinking there's another chance....

Butter. I've already run out. Who forgets butter for Thanksgiving?
Anonymous
Vanilla ice cream. DH at store now.

Celery.

Sugar. I thought we had plenty but ran 1/2 cup short for my sweet potato recipe. I used a little maple syrup instead and I think it will be fine.

Milk. Just killed the last of it. DW will be a snarling beast in the morning if there's none for her tea.

Also may have to pick up apple pie fixings in the morning. After weeks of planning for pumpkin, just pumpkin, DS decided today he wants apple. Not that he just gets what he wants, but I love apple. So I'm a sucker.

PP here and I hate it, too but a house with three kids under ten cannot run out of ketchup. As I thought I indicated, it is not thanksgiving related.

Pie plate. I usually buy the crusts that some with the foil plate, but got rolled crust from TJs and just realized I don't have anything to bake the pie in. I'll have to make a Giant run in the morning.

Cranberry sauce and chicken broth. Both are vital. dH picked up on way home.

Me too. I guess olive oil will work instead?
