Will baking powder expired in nov 13 result in bad sugar cookies?

This is cute. I'm pretty sure the last time I bought baking powder was before my 3yo was born. As long as it's been kept in a dry, sealed container I don't think it should be an issue at all. Worst comes to very worst they don't rise quite as well.
