I'm 37 weeks now and I'm measuring 41 weeks...my rapid growth is probably not helping the bra-fit situation; but like the rest of you I refuse to go buy yet another bra! In the search of bra happiness I've purchased at least 5 diff sizes during this pregnancy because I swore I would not add bra-misery to this pregnancy like I did the last one.

Still, I'm not buying another with only 2 weeks until the delivery...I'll wait until the milk is in and despite extreme fatigue and soreness from a c-section will go out sometime within the first two weeks after delivery to be fitted for a nursing bra that fits properly.

Good luck ladies...let us all know if you find some miracle bra that's insanely cloud-soft comfy !

Good luck to you, too. Have you tried the bra extenders in the meantime? I did find that those helped me feel a little bit better during the day. Target carriers them and it looks like other posters found them at motherhood.

Ohmigoodness, this is about the only thing I've thought about all week! Boobs and bras! Just this morning I stripped my bra off in despair in my office and put my inner-bra yoga tank on under my work shirt and sweater b/c I was so uncomfortable. I'm 36 weeks, breasts are HUGE, and it seems nothing is comfortable -- bras with underwires cut into my ribcage and sides, those without underwires pull on my shoulders and give me horrible upper back/neck pain, and going without a bra just isn't an option in a law office during the day, and barely is at home (I feel like the lack of support can't be good for my breasts). I just ordered a bunch of nursing bras and bra-tanks from Bravada, hoping they will help, and I'm eyeing the Glamourmom nursing tank. Has anyone had success with these? I can't fathom these boobs getting any bigger, but every week, they just keep growing (was a D pre-preg; in an E cup now, and wondering if I may soon go to an F)... to those in the same boat, I feel your pain, and send you tons of empathy!

I had no idea that lots of other people have this problem, too. I mean, I knew this guy was going to be taking up virtually all of my belly space by the end, but the rib cage too? Isn't that asking a little much??

I got bra extenders at Target over the weekend, which added probably 3 inches at the largest hook adjustment, and it still feels too tight today! And no, going braless at work really isn't an option. Argh.

I'm the 2/18 responder who mentioned trying on a huge number of bras for the one that fit.... Just had to mention that I found it interesting that 2/19 11:33 mentioned that Calvin Klein bras fit her best, because that's actually what worked best for me as well. Calvin Klein Perfectly Fit -- totally lived up to its name in my case!

I feel your pain! I'm 37 weeks and am in an F now... God HELP ME when that milk comes in!!! By the way, before the first pregnancy I was a C cup, my son is now 2 years old and before this pregnancy I was still a D... sucks man...I can't wear shirts that button up the front!!!

Screw the Bravada sleep bra, I may have gotten the wrong size, but it's not a full-coverage bra and so while you sleep on your side your breast comes out and just kind of hangs there (sorry so graphic, meant to be funny), then when you flip over same thing happens and...well, you get the picture.

My best sleep bra has been the yoga things...but then they won't help when nursing time comes...gotta find one that works!

Well, unfortunately they WILL get bigger when the milk comes. I was about the same size as you pre preg and post preg was wearing an E/F for nursing bras. I never found the Bravada or Glamour mom to give me enough support. I ended up going back to my regular bras pretty quickly, although this time around I got some advice from moms on DCUM who are also well endowed and I have bought a Goddess nursing bra which seems pretty good.
