Dr. Virginia Thompson is leaving OB practice (will be continuing to do GYN) this summer, so she's not taking new OB patients in any case.

Who is not board certified at Foxhall? I've gone there for over a decade and had very good experiences.

Dr. Kym Kanaly, who has left the practice, was not board certified. Looking at the Foxhall website, it appears that they currently have another MD who is not board certified, but "board eligible" (NOT the same thing) - Dr. Lynne Lightfoote.

Dr. Lynne Lightfoote is not board certified.

Are you sure GW docs aren't covered? I have Carefirst BCBS, and they are covered under my plan. (In the directory, they are listed as "Medical Faculty Associates", the address is 2150 Penn Avenue). I am not a patient of this practice, but just wanted to let you know.
