Women: Do you get a brazilian and what's your age?

Yes, 30. Started at 17.

I don't get them to be sexy to my husband. I get them because I like how they look.

Same here. 37. But does anyone else hate the growing out period where you are not supposed to shave before the next wax? Does that ever get better?

Yes, 36. Doing laser hair removal now. Less painful than waxing!

No, 47

I am a swimmer and I'd say from locker room time that I'm in the huge majority for my demographic. (Upper middle class white women above the age of ~37).

After seeing Kim K with her Brazilian ouch, and no way.

No, 48 and agree with PP swimmer above.

btw this came up before on DCUM and some PP put a link to an article about how unsanitary it is (not when getting it done, but how unsanitary *after* it's done).

Yes, we are a first world country. 39.

I think a better question would be, do you have a full bush. Most people leave a little or take it off. I think a partial Brazilian and also bikini cut are the norm

Agree. Haven't seen a single hairless crotch in that (my) demographic at the gym.

I barely have time to keep up my brows and the hair on my head, so no. 39. If i had the extra time I would get a pedicure, which makes me feel sexier than having the hair pulle d off my vulva and leave itchy stubble and ingrowns, anyway

Get over what your partner finds sexy, do it for yourself if you like it. Do not make it into another female war of SAHM vs. WOHM, BFing vs. Formula.

Pretending there's not a problem with the expectations of women's bodies is idiotic. I don't get one, firstly because I don't like it, and secondly because it's a damn political statement that looking like a girl and not a woman is NOT sexy.

Best idea is a laser partial

39. I do have a laser partial and occasionally get a Brazilian wax. I'd never do a Brazilian laser. I remember Joan Rivers on The View talking about how everything sags with age. A bald, sagging vulva sounds pretty damn unattractive to me.

For those who have never tried it, you should at least once. It increases sensitivity to the area & takes the pleasure of sex up a notch. For me, forget what your partner thinks, that's reason enough to do it!

No, 30, but I do take care of most of the "bush" by shaving to get to a neatly trimmed status so you don't see any stray pubes hanging out of underwear or a swimsuit bottom. It just looks too painful for me.
