Nope. That's a characteristic of herpes viruses (of which chickenpox is one). Ebola can't do that any more than the flu can.
but you can catch flu multiple times. Can that happen with Ebola? Do we really know? Have enough survivors been studied with repeat exposure?

You know that when you "catch flu multiple times" you are contracting different influenza viruses, yes? Of which there are many? I think there are only four Ebola viruses and only one is involved with the pandemic right now.

only 4 are known, so far...I doubt any truly comprehensive study has yet been done
