Is a tummy tuck truly worth it? Disappointed with other plastic surgery.

OP here - well, there is definitely excess skin. It does sag- not tremendously because I don't have that much fat there, but there is sagging.

I don't think it's excess skin, because the part that sticks out isn't really sagging down. I'd try to lose a little more body fat and do a bunch of core work to tighten it up.

No that won't help. Size 4 shouldn't have any sag unless you need a tummy tuck.

It looks like you had a c section (from he scar). I think this definitely needs to be corrected by a tummy tuck.

Kim Zolciak had one at did it on that show of hers. Seemed to really tighten up the sagging skin.

Please seek therapy before going under the knife again. Listen to all the PPs -- all of the comments are directing you to therapy. I hope you are listening.

Plus you still have a waist. I think you look fine and most mothers have that same sort of stomach. Don't be so hard on yourself.

Your stomach looks pretty normal to me...better than most stomachs I have seen (including mine) really!

My stomach looks like that after C-section, it's normal.

I clicked "next" after loading the initial picture. If that is a picture of your kids, you may want to disable the link...

OP - you look a lot better than I do! Try pilates and fat burning exercise.

A size 4 can absolutely have extra belly fat, depending on the underlying size of the person.

OP here:

-No those are not my kids - lol. I have no idea who any of those people are when clicking next, but they have nothing to do with me. Maybe people who uploaded pics around the same time?

-I know that my stomach is not the end of the world and it is mostly hidden with clothing. I know that many other people have far worse stomachs, including myself for most of the last 8 years. That said - I really just want a flat stomach, regardless of whether other people have them or don't.
