You could do veggie noodles for the glutten free folks.

In the fall, you could do soup and bread every week--split pea soup, potato chowder, lentils, chili, mmmmmm.

Love the idea!

an am inspired by the idea. In a nutshell: This family in Philly has an open invitation to friends and acquaintances to come over for Friday night pasta and meatballs. I'd love to try something like this, but I'm trying to think of an easy dish that would be more friendly to vegetarians and gluten free folks. Am I asking too much? Any suggestions? (Maybe forget about the gluten free folks and just go with a vegetarian ziti?

So cool that you linked to this! I know the woman who started it. So happy for her that the idea is taking off!
