I worked at a restaurant with a number of black servers. When they would have primarily black customers for the evening, they would grumble and call it "BET night" and say that they were not making any money. I never made comments like that, but there was definitely truth in it. They were often the most demanding customers as well.

What do you mean by black people? AA? I am AA and always tip.
