Comments/suggestions on this simple menu

It's the season for Hatch green chiles. Roast some, and use some for your white bean chili and some on the fixin's bar.
I like my white bean chili with pork, but chicken sounds good too.

OP here. I agree, but many of my guests don't eat pork Or even beef. I prefer a traditional red chili with beef, but chicken is the easier crowd pleaser.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I think I will try the butternut squash and black bean recipe!
