And all I'm saying is if you ate three of those in a single day you would not exceed the 3k-6k range. |

| I've tried the Marie Callender pot pies. They are a bit on the small side and not all that filling. I sometimes get them from CostCo for when I'm too lazy to cook. |
I've noticed that with the frozen dinners too. Big box - little dinner inside. Never tried these. |
OP here - one person recommends lasagna and herb roasted chicken, thank you for the recommendation. No one had an opinion on if $2.50 was a good value. Rest of the posts were pretty much a waste of time

| You asked about their worth which to me includes many things..including nutrition. |
I love their pot pies. The small ones are around 640 calories. The larger ones are around 1000 calories. That's a lot. |

I am another one who likes the pot pies. I always keep a few in my freezer for those "just too exhausted to cook anything but I want to eat something besides peanut butter" times.
$2.50 seems like a good price to me -- when I see 4 for $10 deals I buy 4. |

Umm...no...that was salt. http://chemistry.about.com/od/moleculescompounds/a/Sodium-Versus-Salt.htm |

I do like the pot pies, but there not really any different than other frozen foods--lol at the poster who thinks they're more wholesome because the company was started in Utah.
Used to love the restaurants when I was a kid though! Great pies. |
| They're delicious, but pretty high calorie. I think the fried chicken one and the turkey dinner are great, but all the ones I've tried have been good. |
